PARKING

The Frist Center’s 180-space parking lot is located on the southern side of the building, accessible from Demonbreun Street, 9th and 10th Avenues.

Visitors to the Center receive discounted parking rates (when validated inside the Center).

Discounted Rates (when validated)

 First 1/2 hour:  $ .50
 Second 1/2 hour:  $1.50
 Additional hour:  $1.00
 Maximum:  $8.00

ACCESSIBILITY

The Frist Center has been certified as “Accessibility Friendly” by the Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The Frist Center has designated accessible parking available for vehicles displaying the appropriate disability permits. A limited number of accessible public parking spaces are also available on 9th Avenue. Barrier-free entrances are located on 9th Avenue near Broadway and at the rear courtyard near the service court entrance on the Demonbreun Street side of the building.

Accessible rest rooms are located throughout the Frist Center, and assisted listening devices are available for hearing impaired visitors attending programs in the Frist Center Auditorium.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis near each entrance and at Frist Center Coat Check.

Large-print wall text is available for all exhibitions at the Volunteer Information Desk inside the gallery foyer.

Spanish language materials are available for most exhibitions by request at the Volunteer Information Desk inside the gallery foyer.

With advance notice, arrangements can be made for American Sign Language and foreign language interpreters at no additional charge. Please call Visitor Services at (615) 744-3262 48 hours in advance to make arrangements.
